Over 400 guests attended the sixth annual Chamber Awards evening at Worcester Rugby Club. The winners, finalists and sponsors all enjoyed an amazing evening with hosts Mike Ashton, Chief Executive of the Chamber of Commerce Herefordshire and Worcestershire and the former Chief Executive, Christine Jones. In June 2007 we had more entries and more guests than ever before, who eventually saw MilSys scoop the Business of the Year Award in a hotly contested category of 5 superlative finalists.
Director of MilSys Mike Moran said, "I am delighted to have received this award from the Chamber of Commerce Herefordshire and Worcestershire as Business of the Year. The award and subsequent recognition will provide the staff at MilSys with a real boost. We have an excellent team at MilSys and this award is testament to their hard work and determination to succeed. We have some excellent companies operating throughout the two counties and it will be good to see them recognised for their achievements. We have had tremendous support from the Chamber of Commerce Herefordshire and Worcestershire without which we would not be where we are today. Their support has accelerated our growth and allowed us to punch way above our weight.
