Celebrating its tenth anniversary, the Chamber Business Awards is the most prestigious awards event in Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Year on year the Awards continue to surpass expectations, with over 500 attendees and hundreds of entrants, suppliers, contractors, sponsors and media contacts involved.

The theme for Chamber Business Awards 2011 is a celebration of the heritage in our two counties and there will be a special Award for 'Heritage Business of the Year' as recognition of this. This Award celebrates the achievements of businesses that have made an overwhelming contribution to the local economy in the last century.

Chamber Business Awards 2011 will culminate in a glittering awards finale taking place at Worcester Cathedral, on Thursday 21 July. The evening will begin with a champagne reception in the magnificent College Hall, then moving to 'The Cathedral Nave,' for a sumptuous 3 course dinner, entertainment and the Awards Ceremony.

Staged by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce, the Awards recognise the hard work and talent in our region which is important to the future success of our economy. The calibre of nominations for this event is always high with entries demonstrating a spectacular level of innovation, ambition and plans for growth. The awards are open to every company in Herefordshire and Worcestershire, with a total of 11 categories including an overall winner, who will be picked from the winners in each category. Businesses of all sizes have benefitted from the profile that winning an award can bring.

Chamber Business Awards also provide entrants from all business sectors the unique opportunity to compete in regional and national awards in their own locality. Category winners, who are Chamber members, will automatically go forward to the British Chambers of Commerce regional awards. Regional winners then progress through to the national finals, taking on the regional winners. National winners are then announced at a Gala ceremony in London in November. This unique structure gives both entrants and sponsors alike unrivalled opportunity for local, regional and national coverage of their brand and their success.
